I manage the biggest accounts in the company, with some of the worlds most demanding & most respected music labels, fashion labels & food brands. SL was running a workshop in London, England on how finding mental and physical balance in professional and personal life.
SL started me off with Pilates foundations to develop my core, meditation to connect me to my breath finding mental balance, & Tai Chi.
I practice everything SL taught me & a feel amazing. I stay connected and have refresher classes over Skype Video Calls.
If I'm handling accounts in Tokyo, or on a red eye to Los Angeles I know a quick check in with SL and I'm back on track with my training regime.

I'm such a big fan of cross training. I get bored with the same drills & same style so many trainer have. SL had a mind blowing different approach to everything.
We spend 8 months working together while I was training for Triathlons, and local competitions.
We would have weekly check ins while I was traveling to different parts of the world for competition or work to make sure I had the right type of diet and right type of sleeping patterns. SL even gave me exercises & tea recipes for my body to adjust to different time zones.

15 years of office work and I was really starting to feel everything hit me all at once. I wanted to change everything after I found out I needed to get healthy and quickly, SL handled me amazingly.
We started off with light cardio, and a hydration plan. We did a backyard makeover planting our own garden, set up an outdoor gym and a daily calendar for me to stick to.
SL had morning check in's with me to make sure I was keeping up to everything that we agreed on & was the best motivator ever!
